From lunch with the shepherd in the Supramonte of Orgosolo or Dorgali, to visits to the vineyard with dinner between the rows of grapevinesor with tasting of local wines in the beautiful Baronia of Orosei, in Barbagia or Mamoiada to taste the most characteristic and beloved red wine of Sardinia, “Cannonau”. Or come with us to Gallura, to discover the “Vermentino” wine, Sardinia’s only DOCG, one of our favourite wine tastings!

We love to take our guests to visit the small local businesses of Sardinia, such as small local wine producers, where you can taste a great variety of red, white or even rosé wines for lovers of this type of wine, which has now spread all over Sardinia with excellent results for the palate!

We will take you to small family-run agritourisms where you can taste some of the many excellent products of the Sardinian territory. Here you can spend a few hours or the whole day in the company of the owners to learn the secrets of how to make pecorino cheese, cook roast suckling pig or prepare some of the typical pastas of Orosei such as “sos maccarrones de punzu” (a variety of gnocchi), “sos macarrones de busa” (Sardinian bucatini), “sos anzelottos” (ravioli), or “sas seatas” (typical Sardinian sweets filled with cheese, fried and served with honey).

If you haven’t tried any of our typical dishes yet, we suggest you contact us now to taste the one that suits you best!
